Americas Cardroom Introduces CAP Tables

A software update at Americas Cardroom launches CAP tables at the quickly growing poker site.

Americas Cardroom, a US-friendly poker room on the Winning Poker Network, has grown in recent months due to several improvements to their site.

In May they decreased their Bad Beat Jackpot fee, in June they introduced a monthly progressive rake race called "The Beast", and in July they gave all of their players a free $50 bonus.

The trend of giving players more reasons to play there has continued into August. In a new software update, they have introduced CAP tables. These tables limit the amount that each player can put into a pot during each hand. The limit is set at 30 big blinds, which creates action-packed games.

Players will be able to find the CAP tables after an update that will automatically install the next time you open the software.

Earlier in August, Americas Cardroom introduced the first member of ACR Elite, the team of pros for the site. That first player is online legend Dusty "Leatherass" Schmidt.

Between software and promotional improvements and the introduction of a pro team, Americas Cardroom is setting itself up well to continue increasing its traffic in the coming months.
