Joseph McKeehen Wins 2015 WSOP Main Event Championship

Joe McKeehen Wins WSOP

It took just 40 hands, and Joe McKeehen could do no wrong. Once three handed play started, McKeehen and his massive chip lead were relentless, raising and re-raising his opponents time and time again. Mckeehen was chip leader for the entire final table.

He played great, made all the right decisions, and ran extremely well. Josh Beckley and Neil Blumenfield were unable to apply any pressure on McKeehen. It was just the opposite, and McKeehen kept his foot on the gas the whole way.

It was simply one of the most dominating final table performances the Main Event has ever seen.

First he took out Blumenfield, then needed just a dozen hands heads-up versus Beckley to seal the deal. Joe McKeehen is the 2015 WSOP Main Event champion. He earns a staggering $7,683,346 and the championship bracelet.
