Rakeback paid to you is based on figures given by poker operator and these figures are the only valid source of determining amount of rakeback paid to you.

If for some reason, your registered account on a poker room is not tagged to our affiliate account, Rakeback.com is not to be held responsible for any consequences caused by that.

Rakeback.com is not to be held responsible for consequences of affiliate agreement termination.

Bonuses

Rakeback.com does not guarantee the validity of bonuses offered on Rakeback.com website.

If not mentioned other way, when counting the rakeback, all bonuses will be deducted from the rake a player generates.

Payment

All rakeback and bonus payments are calculated according to rules of the poker room offering the rakeback and/or bonus.

Direct rakeback payments from a poker room to a player are paid according to a schedule of the poker room. Payments made by Rakeback.com are paid within five working days after the poker room has paid commission to Rakeback.com.
