Mike Sowers Claims two spots at Multi-Entry Final tableIn case you didn’t know it, it’s Double Guarantees Week at Full Tilt Poker, and that means nearly all guaranteed tournaments are converted to Multi-Entry Tournaments for the week.

Monday night Mike Sowers, aka ‘SowersUNCC’ on Full Tilt Poker, bought in six times to the $1K Monday $2 Million, and managed to take two of those entries to the final table.

Of course once the final table was reached early in the morning, the chips from the two entries were merged and Sowers was awarded ninth place automatically.  After that, Sowers went on to win the tournament with his remaining entry, and claim first place prize money, $490,295, in addition to the $28,848 he earned for his ninth place finish.

Sowers increased his career tournament winnings to $4.6 million after the double final table appearance.
