The Wall Street Journal reported the partnership has been in the works since last year, and is expected to be officially announced Thursday.
The announcement comes hot on the heels of Wynn Resorts Ltd. and PokerStars partnership becoming official last week.
At this point it seems as if the major players in the battle to legalize online poker are aligning themselves with each other to become as strategically viable if/when the legalization actually happens. It’s a game akin to Survivor, with each entity hoping that they come out the strongest when the battle is finished.
