Just five days after their last update, Full Tilt Poker tweaked its U.S. Player FAQ with some new information Friday morning.
While much of the information remains unchanged, including the fact that there’s still no timetable for making cashouts available to U.S. Players, there are a few noteworthy items.
Here’s a list of the updates.
All withdrawals that were never received (or checks that were received but couldn’t be deposited) will be placed back into a player's Full Tilt account. This process is still ongoing.
Ring Game Tickets will be converted to real money on a dollar for dollar basis, based on each ticket’s current value. This includes any Ring Game Tickets that expired after Friday, April 15th.
Tournament Tickets will be converted to real money on a dollar for dollar basis.
Any tickets purchased after Friday, April 15th, will be refunded in the currency they were purchased in.
Tournament Dollars will be converted to real money on a dollar for dollar basis.
The conversion of all Ring Game Tickets, Tournament Tickets and Tournament Dollars will be completed by Sunday, May 22nd.
Black Card status (including 100-day rolling average) and Iron Man ‘continuing months’ will be maintained as of Friday, April 15th should players be able to return to Full Tilt Poker in the future. Progress towards the Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus will also be maintained.
If the item from the Full Tilt Store has already shipped, expect it to arrive shortly. If the item has not shipped, the order has been canceled and players will receive a refund. This was completed in the week ending Sunday, May 22nd.
All tickets purchased from the Full Tilt Store after Friday, April 15th have been refunded in the currency in which they were purchased.
Although not noted in the updated FAQ, players have also reported receiving rakeback payments into their account.
