Howard Lederer has long been considered the most involved individual with Full Tilt Poker who did NOT face criminal charges on Black Friday. He does, however, currently face several civil charges which may have the potential to bankrupt him.

Lederer was perhaps Full Tilt's most outspoken supporter prior to the scandal that took place there, but he's been deafeningly silent since. PokerNews managed to get him to sit down for a very lengthy interview, the first 2 parts of which can be seen below:
