The Full Tilt Fifty-Fifty is named for the entry fee and the number of G-stacks in the guaranteed prize pool.
It’s a popular tournament, but unlike some of the other Full Tilt guarantees, this one occasionally pays out. That is, when fewer than 1,000 people register for the Fifty-Fifty, FTP puts up the money to boost the prize pool to $50,000 (called an overlay). That’s great news for the competitors! However, one drawback is that any tournament overlay will be deducted from MGR.
