Both sites use the Revolution Gaming network, but for some time, Juicy Stakes has had problems processing cash outs, especially to US players. Intertops has maintained fast withdrawal times, but doesn’t itself accept new US players.
The new owners have set in place transitional arrangements which included cancelling pending cash out requests and cancelling existing bonuses. All players will instead get a new reload bonus offer and when they resubmit withdrawal requests, a promise that the timings in the cashier will be met.
Temporarily, Juicy Stakes will limit players to a weekly $1,000 withdrawal. Pent up demand from players waiting a long time could otherwise overwhelm the system. The limit should be increased within a few weeks.
To encourage players to delay their own cash outs for a short time, Juicy has a special offer, where players who rake $25 before cashing out will have any withdrawal fees waived. Players with outstanding tournament tickets will have them converted to cash over the next few days.
The Intertops decision will give new players the confidence to sign with juicy Stakes, and existing players a reason to keep playing in the online poker room. Intertops is one of the most respected sportsbooks in the business, and was the very first on the internet - it took its first bet in 1996.
