The good news just keeps rolling in these days. Today the Maryland Office of the U.S. Department of Justice unsealed indictments against two internet gaming companies and three individuals. The indictment also named 10 online gaming websites.
The companies indicted along with the individuals named include (directly from the DOJ website):
“ThrillX Systems, Ltd., d/b/a BetEd; Darren Wright; and David Parchomchuk, both of British Columbia, Canada are charged in one indictment. K23 Group Financial Services, d/b/a BMX Entertainment; and Ann Marie Puig, age 35, of San Jose, Costa Rica are charged in a second indictment.”
A total of 10 domain names were seized including the following:
The release also indicated 11 bank accounts were seized The accounts were located in the United States, Guam, Panama, Malta, Portugal and the Netherlands.
At the time of this article the domain for Doyles Room has yet to be seized but it is expected to happen within 24 hours.
