The stacks are getting bigger and the field is shrinking at the Main Event of the 2011 World Series of Poker. Monday we played down to 22 players and soon we’ll have our November Nine.

Erika Moutinho, the last remaining woman in the field was eliminated in 29th place. In an interesting side story, she outlasted her boyfriend David Sands who finished in 30th place and the couple spent their last hour or so in the tournament seated next to one another.

The chip leader as we head into the last day of play before our final table is set is Anton Makievskyi who took over the lead when his K-J flopped a full house on a K-J-J board to win a 20 million chip pot against Christopher Moore who held A-J.
