Everleaf Network Pulls Out of US & French Markets

All sites on the Everleaf Network, including Rakeback.com partner SuperStack Poker, have shut their doors to customers in the USA and France.

Effective immediately, residents of the United States and France will be unable to play on poker sites that are a part of the Everleaf Network. This includes Rakeback.com partner SuperStack Poker. An official statement is expected from Everleaf Gaming on Friday.

A representative from Minted Poker, another Everleaf site, confirmed today that a US payment processor was recently closed and that funds were seized by the Department of Homeland Security. The network has been threatened with legal action if they continue to service the US poker community. The representative explained:

“The network owners have today sought legal advice and also met with the LGA, the Maltese Licensing Authority, who have advised them that due to the nature of the threat and the current climate, the network needs to withdraw its services from US customers.

I really understand how this will worry our players especially those in the US, but I also wish to reinforce that ALL monies held by ALL poker players, US and rest of world, are secure and ring fenced.”

Everleaf’s terms of service have already been updated to reflect the change, which affects all of the network's 100+ skins.

All remaining active site funds will be converted into Euros. An estimated 20% of Everleaf’s player base came from the US. It was ranked the fifth largest poker network in the world that still accepted American players.

Everleaf Gaming and the LGA are now commencing proceedings to return funds to players. An estimation of how long this will take is not yet available. Rakeback.com will continue to report on this situation as it develops.
