Rakeback confirmations and support replies are late
Hi,
I have been responsible for sending out rakeback confirmations and answering support questions. Since I went out cold over a week ago, no-one at our office was taking care of these matters.
We are sorry for these delays, and are now going through the confirmations and emails. Hiring additional support staff is on the agenda, so that we can serve you better in the future.
