One of the things everyone has to learn about the micros is that bluffing or semi bluffing are mostly unreasonable because one of the reasons you put out the bluff or semi bluff is to get your opponenet to fold. I see more showdowns at .5/.10 than at any other level. You have to be more than patient, and you have to be able to get past one or two suckouts, because at that level they will happen more frequently, you must play your hands that are close to the nuts for as much as you can while trying to avoid the races and big draws.
