Hey guys,

I want to start a new post and this has to do with bank roll management and bad beats.

I want everyones opinion on how to deal with bad beats and bank roll repectfully.

It seems everytime I get a good at a table I run across a bad beat were my opponent was one out and it hits. This drives me up the wall everytime and I usually spin out of control and lose the rest of my bankroll. I know this type of beat happens in poker, and I am wondering if any one has any ideas on how to deal with it so I dont keep going ape bleep and losing the rest of my bank roll.

I have thought about buying a punching bag and resorting to that when this happens.

Please help!!
