I know its bad when you are not receiving the pass for a toruney which you were waiting for a long time

I see that you were sending me one PM on Saturday, but unfortunately we were not working that day, our business hours are Mon - Fri, 9h - 17h (GMT+2). But anyway mostly you need to blame the company who provided you with an email which do not receive our emails, because I can tell you for sure that we were sending you this password, but your email is a @luukku.com email, and all our emails which go to this type of address never reach its holder

we had this problem before and we still have it, so I recommend you to create a new email address and tell it to us, so that all important emails will be received by you

I also tried to participate in this tourney, started to create an account at Absolute and I still cant do it because Absolutes verification system is "awesome". So next time I hope you will win!
