There is a great article written by Chris Ferguson (definite pro) on how he took nothing and turned it into over 10000 dollars online. It took him about a year and a half. His key to winning, he had bankroll rules. Never risk more than a certain percantage, and other rules, great great article. He never had more than 10 dollars in his account for over 7 months, but due to protecting the wad, he was able to get the account over 10 big ones by always playing within his means.
It can be done, you must adjust your game to whatever situation you are in, that is a poker player.
