I recommend to play the minimum limits of FL100 or more. The sensible games are starting from that point upwards. Players fold PF and in any given hand, specially if the pot is raised PF, there are a maximum of 3 players to see the flop usually.
The game itself is the basics of good poker. If u master this, and only after u master this, u can start with NL version of holdem. Unless u are a natural to the game, which only a few players are..
The limit version of Omaha is still unmastered by me, but I'm going to start on that as soon as possible, as it seems to be filled with idiots calling with any hand they get. If u keep your hand range to only the premium ones, I'd imagine u'd win a great deal of money in this game. |
