The U.S. Constitution provides certain unalienable rights that no court can take away. If you had a right before under the Constitution and no longer have it then this is tyrannical. As soon as the sheeple wake up and realize this, the sooner we will get all of our rights back. Can you imagine what would happen if they took away our right to free speech or to own firearms? Nobody would tolerate it. However when they infringe on our right to enjoy a game that even the founding fathers played we just "hope" they give it back to us.
