Within the United States, cash games cannot be played in certain states. These states include Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and Vermont.
Why is this?? I know there are plenty of live gambling spots in many of these states, so whats with the ban? |
