As long as your
rakeback info is under your FTP account name, it should not matter that you have to re-download the software. I had to revamp our computer and when I re-installed all my poker software, everything was fine, and nothing was affected. When you re-download Full Tilt, it will just ask you to sign in, and you will be good to go.
