It was Larry W. Phillips. I keep it close by. It's a nice light read. Sort of soothing too. lol.
It does'nt bog you down like sklansky or some of the others. (Always feel like I'm studying for a final exam when I read his books. )

Anyways he wrote another book along the same lines. I think it was "Zen and the Art of Poker" I'm not for sure. It's boxed up now or I would just grab it.

These books are what really gave me the idea that there's a rythem to the table. There's a lot of good advice in these books.

If you're a rookie, you really need to just start reading these things. There's a thousand places and ways to get a poker book. They become addictive after awhile. I have something like 40 poker books.(Was working on mikey's theory too) 20 of which I have read.
