I find it almost impossible to fold AA pre flop where i seem to loose most of my money. Only time i think anyone should fold AA or kk pre is if you are late in a tourny near cash and there is more then 3 people all in with about the same or more in chips then you plus you are not short. One thing i find difficult also is to fold AA or KK plus even other overs on the flop if there is no flush or str8 out there because think about its not really that likely he/she has a set. For example say the flop comes qc 4d 10d and you raise then the other person goes all in are you really going to fold AA or KK when they could just have AQ or KQ or even on top of that just a draw. One flop that i think you got to almost fold right away is if theres a flush out there and you don't have the A or K of that suite, but even if i think that person doesn't have it i would fold because even if he has a draw with a pair its almost a flip. when i get the nut flush draw with aces or kings i think its a auto call with both of them. KK is a hard decision to fold pre anyway and u always think hmmm he goes all in after you re raised him maybe he has Aces or just A high(K or Q), a few times on a tables i was playing at i was like watch he gonna have Aces watch and they did. I thought about folding but called at the last second and then i was like f knew it. Even when i go up against ak sometimes they hit the ace is that really hard to call or what because that always goes though my head in that situation (is he over playing ak or does as or qs). I would fold kings if theirs an aces on the flop or turn but if theirs not i wont fold most likely
.For example yesterday on ub i was chip leader in my tourny for about the whole game top 15 get paid 30 left got AA under the gun raised 4x (blinds 4k n 8k plus ante !) got all in from a guy who had 40,000 in chips then an all in from a guy in 3rd with 235,000 i had 300,000 so i called and he had Kings short had tens, in the end the king hit on the turn

. there was no way i could fold that. I ended up getting in 20th when i had to push with jj when i had only 8 big blinds left with 5k/10k blinds on the button and got two callers ak suited and queens, i flopped a set but the guy with ak flopped a flush and the board didnt pair.
Im applying this to both tournys and cash games,What is your thoughts on when to fold AA or KK
