Depending on how quick you want to improve I would recommend a poker training site. They can be quite costly but i believe that pokersavvyplus has a free 7 day trial you could use and also real poker training, stox poker and a few others allow you to join for 6 months free if you deposit to certain sites. I cant tell you how quickly i improved from watchin videos at cardrunners and the level of instructors they have there now is second to none. So if you are willing to invest a little bit to reap good rewards i would definitly say a poker training site is the way go.
If you are planning on going the budget route i would join as many forums as possible, read up on hands that have been posted ask questions you have and also of course get some hands in. You can't beat just actually playing poker!
