When in a cash table, I basically never fold a set. Like Irish said, it's a huge mistake 99% of the times. Even if you smell out he has a straight, or a flush, you still got 10 outs from the turn to river to beat him. If you end up against a bigger set, that's tough luck, but happens extremely rarely.
In a tournament that might be a different case, but nevertheless, I still won't fold.
