No donk move there. You went 4XBB with QQ, a reasonable bet. His raise for 1600 or so more was not that unreasonable either, your call was the right move. BB was 100 so the game is around an hour old, the blinds were starting to catch up.
It sounds like your game is coming along for only a year and a half of play. You had a good read on this player, but they hit a set on you, nothing you can do. Every player in the world would shove their chips knowing they have the larger pockets.
As for the chat, ignore the jerkoffs who berate anyone who would have the nerve to take down 'their' pot. Most sites let you disable chat, do it for the chat donks. Without the threat of popping one in the teeth, people get very brave with their talk online, ignore them.
Building of pots with AA, KK, and AK is what you want to do. If you mean 2XBB raises, I agree with you, but if you mean 3BB and 4BB raises with big hands to build pots, that is good play. You do not want to limp with big hands, it allows the draws cheap access. If raise too much to start you could be scaring off the moderate hand that would play with you. You need to steal blinds and antes to win, but you can not win by them alone.
