As somebody else already said you should be buying in for the maximum. If you can't afford that I think you should maybe drop a few limits, so hands like this won't hurt your roll. Cash games can have pretty large swings, so managing your bank roll is very important. That being said, there's not a lot you can do about that hand, there's no way he's folding KK in that spot.
