So far, the $15 fee is a large motivating factor in my not cashing out. I have considered cashing out before but this stopped me. It's probably better for Nordica this way because it does keep me. And, since Nordica is the only site I have
rakeback on, it's not that bad for me either. And it works out for this site because they get some of that rake too (but not much since I don't play much).
Still... it is annoying. I was considering trying another method but with the fees for those methods, it is pretty much the same cost.
