Anyone who has played online poker for more than a day has had the 'it has to be fixed' dream. But we come to realize bad beats happen, and the more of them you get, the better you are playing since you are getting your money in with the best hand.
Of all the sites out there, why would Full Tilt with over 100000 players at a time in the poker room and several professional endorsements of players, need or want to cheat. The money river is flowing at them at a torrid pace, it must be difficult keeping up with the inflow of cash. There is no reward and all risk for Full Tilt to have a fixed program regulating who wins and when, they have bigger issues to deal with, like security and collusion.
As always, if you do not trust a business, cardroom or not, do not frequent it. There are many cardrooms out there to play at, why play at a place you think is cheating? Even some of the biggest cheating scandals in online poker at Absolute and Ultimate Bet were done by rogue ex-employees with insider information, not the card rooms themselves. And now those rooms are heavily watched over by auditing firms to assure these events do not occur again.
There will always be persons trying to beat the system legally (angleshooters) or not (criminal). Some will get away with their scams others will be caught. Players and the cardrooms need to work together to weed out the undesirables, not the donks, we want their money.
I do not play at FullTilt for my own reasons. I have poor connection speeds and loading the lobby at FullTilt takes forever. Maybe I will try it again when high speed internet comes to my area (I live in the middle of nowhere). But I have no fear of a special program out there to assure my profits stay at a certain level.
