if you have one of the top 2 armors and you have the best heat turbines, then yes you can survive as long as your armor is maxed out
I've survived tons of them using that combination but you have SUCH little health left.
The thing about dynamite is, you gotta position it just right or you may still have to drill thru rocks to get to the valuable gems.
