Yes... you can play in it. In general, the only stipulation is that you won't be eligible to win the "Bubble Bonus" or another bonus if they have one (I don't see one mentioned for this tournament anyway).

I'm another person who had an FTP account before I learned of rakeback... but I can play without problems in these.
