I recognize that name he's a real jerk always...it's nothing new. I believe I've got him on perma-mute 
Try this: The next time you enter into a tourney, mute EVERYBODY...the whole way through...then see how it goes...of course this means you are not to make any chat comments whatsoever. Contain yourself and stay focused.
Just curious to see if anything changes by you trying this...
