I have actually started playing hockey again, in an 25 yr old + recreation league, and one semi competitive over 18 league, very good at keeping someone in shape, I usually have 2 or 3 games a week, and I am a hockey goalie, so wearing the extra 25 pounds of gear for 90 minutes each game is very helpful. I am going to get into a new competitive league this fall that will be a step up from the one I play now, so 3 leagues, 3-4 days a week for about 90 minutes at a time... yea, in shape for the first time since 2000!
