I do not mind multi-tabling, listening to music, talking to others, running around the house, smoking and drinking while playing. Each of us has our preferences. Online I do not see my game suffering for the lack of attention given. While pegging other players is an important part of the game, it seems to work out for me even with distractions. To each their own.
