I've found this to be an extremely difficult thing to balance personally. Some people have no issues with it, I on the other hand do. I think it has alot to do with a person as an individual. I've been playing full time for almost 5 years now and have issues w/ upkeeping a "healthy living". Mostly I'll play till I'm burnt out and then take a long period of time off (usually 1 to 2 months) and then go back to the tables. I'm mainly a live game player but do get my fair share of hours online. I gotta give props to the people who play poker full time and have a family, I couldnt picture having a family involved with my lifestyle of living. I guess it's all about taking the initiative to force yourself to have a healthy and balanced living while playing poker full time. I have yet to truly reach that yet. I suppose I'll find it one day.
