No you should not be concerned about these figures while you play. In fact, even the people who worry about these numbers aren't thinking about them during play. These are numbers you look at while you are not playing to see if you are winning and how much you are winning. You should be logging your sessions and have a general idea if you are winning or not but you won't need to worry about these numbers. Even more, these numbers don't become accurate enough to use until you have them for several tens of thousands of hands.
These figures just represent how many big bets you are winning over a certain period of time. In the above case, it's over 100 hands. So a player who plays $1/$2NL (also called $200NL) and has a winrate of 4bb/100 is saying that they win a certain amount of money, on average, each 100 hands they play. A bb (big bet) is twice the size of the big blind (it's an old Poker Tracker convention and I won't bore you with the reason) so at $1/$2NL... the bb=$4. A player winning 4bb/100 is winning $16 every 100 hands they play, on average.
And everything else is just a discussion asking how much they should be winning if they want to move up to a higher level. But the short answer... no don't worry about this. You should be logging but as a beginner, I'd recommend using the easiest thing. And, as I mention in the following post:
Be Honest with Yourself (and Log Everything) that happens to be a website that gives winrates as bb/hr ... how many big bets you're winning each hour. I think that is more than enough for a starting player to get an idea of how much they are winning. And it's also more meaningful since you're able to understand how much time an hour represents much easier than you are with 100 hands.
