There are alot of factors that go into how you bet quads. How aggressive have you been playing in the past? How often have you made a continuation bet on the flop when you've been pre-flop raiser? What is stack size .v. amount in pot? How aggressive is your villian? is he/she willing to make plays to get pots? can they be tricked into betting if they think they have the best hand on river? How do people precieve overbets at the table?
The correct play here, is if you've been aggressive at the table, make a standard Continuation bet of about 1/2 to 3/4 size of the pot. You have the deck and action crippled right now. If you get any action, it would be because people in the past have seen you made a Cbet at the flop with nothing in order to pick it up, and if someone has a 7 (or if your REALLY lucky and they have pocket 7s) you will see some action. But if you've been playing very conseratively, you will never get this paid off unless they have the pocket 7s, even then, they may or may not committ all their chips to the pot with pkt 7s given your tight image/their and your stack sizes and how aggressive they play hands. Just be happy with whatever action you get.
