Ok we all know that we bet against people based on the way they play compared to the cards you are holding. A table image is very important to me. I also make notes on other players as well. alot of people do not use this option I recomend it. Alot of other perople will use a tool such as sharkscope to do it for them. The thing about these tools is it is not your
own personal observation and notes. A computer program cannot make up for human notes. All it can do is show you statistics whereas your personal observations dives deeper than that.
To tell ya the truth I hunt down specific people sometimes and just sit on thier left just
because I know it's only a matter of time. I guess you can say its one of my favourites
list. Anyway back to table image. I was watching WSOP and saw dan harrington bluff 2 people with very strong hands out of the pot with a 6 and a 2. He did this successfully becuase of his image. Right then and there I saw the true meaning of poker. Earlier on in the same WSOP Dan had made a raise preflop and I noted what one player had said. Quote " I don't have AA" and he folded. weve all been there with that tight person at the table right? Now remember when he bet? what were your thoughts at the time. Probably I need a good hand to call this guy. You see the biggest bet in the world can not give you the respect of some one like this min raising you


Now on the reverse end you have the hyper aggessive type person. I was playing a .10./25 game and had brought my 25$ buy in to 86$. I encountered a person that raised alot. Even more so after watching this guy for an hour I noticed a betting pattern he had for betting an ace but small kicker. I end in the blind with him doing his raise pattern no other callers. No pot odds at all I have AJ off suit. he raises his pattern I reraise him he goes all in with over 100 easily covering me, I insta call him. SWeet dominated his A3 suited and he didnt get lucky.
If that was any other person but that guy I would have insta folded AJ not insta called. And especially after I had tripled my buy in. But now I doubled up just because of his table image. Again you have all been there with that hyper aggressive type person. Now tell me what you thought when he raised. That pretty well explains it right there, . There are going to be players that dont fall into these categories and are in between.

To me a strong table image is important. It makes my 1 $ worth 2 $ of any hyper agressive type persons bet because it is repected more.
