If you want to be able to read a hold em board, After a year of playing that you will just look at the board and see it all.
You'll see flushes and str8s and anything that can possibly beat you alot more. Why? because you have to.
But if you've never played before I suggest starting at the lowest limit possible. .01/.02. Why? Because you'll get REAL Omaha hi/lo poker experience and not FAKE $ Omaha hi/lo experience. Even at the lowest level possible, people play differently when it's thier own money involved and not simply a click of the mouse button to get more.
You also won't loose a huge chunk of $ just to learn a game.
