i'm actually really pleased with full tilt. a lot of people complain but i really haven't ever had a problem. e-mails sent to them generally only take 1-3 days to get a response (which i don't think is bad) (i think it also helps if you send it to the specific category, not just "support@ft"). though i have heard of a lot of people having problems with response time. |
