I have checked your rake from the Full Tilt XML rake reports, and your rakeback should be the $800+ it is now. I also looked at the past XML report files of last week that have been uploaded to
Rake Tracking, and all files are valid and at no point did you have more rake than now. To have $1600 rakeback, you would have had to have $6000 rake last week.
At what day last week did you check that your rakeback showed as double of what it is now?
We did a website update last Thursday, that included completely rewritten Rake Tracking code. As there are other reports on this thread about Rake Tracking having figures halved by 2, it is possible that after putting the new Rake Tracking code live for a short while it had displayed rakeback amounts as double.
All these cases reported on this thread have been looked at, and all rakeback amounts that are displayed now are correct.
