Email server down on Saturday 31st of March

Our support email inbox was broken during the weekend on Saturday 31st of March. It was fixed on Sunday 1st of April.

All emails that were undeliverable on Saturday should have been able to find their way to us by your email service provider's email server trying to resend that email. It is the common practice of email servers trying to resend an email at intervals if it cannot be delivered on the first try.

In case you have sent an email to us on this day and it bounced back to you, please resend it.
