The Chris Ferguson Challange put to the test!

Posted 30th June 2008 at 02:46 AM by gamer4life27
I have been wondering if when Chris Ferguson went from $0 - $10,000 in less than a year, was it real? I know he is sponsored by FullTiltPoker, but did they help him out at all? To figure this out, I have decided to take the challenge myself.

I know it took him about 7 months to get a super small bankroll just off of freerolls, but I have nothing better to do. Lol.

If anyone of you reading this and doesn't know what I'm talking about, follow this link and it will explain...

Background and some future plans

Posted 26th June 2008 at 09:14 AM by BtrGetThere

Background:

I have played poker for few years from which it was two years my only source of income. I did pretty well playing games up to 10/20 NL until few horrible drunken days early 2007... I lost pretty much everything resulting in ”Life Tilt” (in some instances people have used term “Perma Tilt” to describe same kind of tilt).

Few words about Life Tilt... it’s a state of mind in which everything seems to go just plain wrong. Every coin flip lost feels

With the time I began to repair that the poker players' great part comments on bad beats. In reality the same bad beats that you/they happen with me and with all the other players. The onlooker is to repair as the people they react in way different to the bad beats.
