Button vs blind - 4-bet re-re-steal

Everyone and their mother knows nowadays that when button is raising first in he normally doesn't have that good of a hand and he is just trying to pick up the blinds and antes (I'm saying antes because one shouldn't be stealing when there's nothing to steal). To combat the button blinds have become pretty aggressive and they are re-stealing more and more frequently.

At the moment game is at a stage where button with big/medium stack (and co/hj) really have to tighten up against...
