When Small Stack Is All-in

I was playing in a $30 rebuy live tournament last Saturday ending up third. When we were three handed (three got money) two situations came up where our third, most inexperienced player made two tactical mistakes. I thought that these common situations are known by almost everyone and I can count on people playing accordingly.
