The Best Poker Book in your opinion is?

Posted 12th February 2008 at 01:16 AM by SavageChrist
Just curious to responses to this. My personal favs only cause I have these particular titles are Zen And The Art of Poker, Your Worst Poker Enemy, and the Poker Tournament Formula. I have heard many a review about Kill Everyone but haven't seen it in any bookstore (perhaps the title has something to do with it. Exactly why they couldn't come up with a title that doesn't lead u to get searched at an airport simply for bringing that book onboard to read...)

I have found Super System 2 great, the limit hold em section is really top notch. I have also read Theory of Poker by Sklansky and I am currently reading Holdem for Advanced Players by Sklansky/Malmuth. All 3 of those books are great, Theory of Poker is a must read for any serious player in my opinion.

I also have Mike Caro's Book of Poker Tells and Harrington on hold em 1. I haven't gotten into those yet but I hear they are also very good, when I read Harrington on hold em 1, I am supposed to buy the 2nd Volume to read right after it.

That is my opinion based on what reviews I have seen and what I have actually read.
