need help!!

i get so upset!!
why do some poker sites accepet your credit card the first deposit.
then decline the next ?
and have you sign up for something else to deposit your money to just to withdraw it from there to put it where you started from..(a little confusing, hey)
any ways does anyone have a suggestion to on of those

 |  I had a slightly different problem,deposited on a site through my girlfriend which they allowed and yet, wouldn't allow a withdrawal to the same account. When I asked them, they said that the card to which withdrawals are made must be in the name of the player. Questioned them explaining how and why I deposited in that manner and they didn't bother replying |
