Its impossible to find a decent mean to count this without having to cope with universal time zones and so on...

I just checked the Absolute Poker poker-client. With my fantastic mathematical skills I found out that
the Indian freeroll starts at 20:00 in my time (Norway). And I know that Finland is one hour ahead of
Norway. So in Finland I guess it starts at 21:00...
