Default FTP 600$ First Deposit

Hi there, I'm about to register at Full Tilt Poker, mostly because of their 100% up to 600$ First Deposis Bonus. I haven't seen anything about this bonus on rakeback.com, so I am a bit afraid that this bonus isn't working with your rakeback programme

All Full Tilt rakeback players will get this same sign in bonus.

Any bonuses released into your account will be deducted from your rake before rakeback is calculated. So you will have to generate more rake than the bonus in order to start receiving rakeback payments.

Just to understand it right:

Let's say I deposit 200$ for the bonus. So I start to get rakeback after I created $200 / .27 = $740 rake?

Or does it mean I don't get any rakeback as long as the bonus isn't fully cleared?

No, If during the month you receive a $200 bonus and generate $740 rake, you would get ($740 - $200) * 27% = $145.80 rakeback. But there are also other deduction besides bonus at Full Tilt, mainly deposit fees that they carry over to you. Below you may find the full formula used.

Your 27% rakeback is based on Full Tilt Net Rake. Below is the actual formula used by Full Tilt to calculate your net revenue:
Rake + Tournament Fees – Bonus – Player Added – Used Points – Player Fees - Fraud = Net Rake

Your rakeback is 27% of Net Rake

Legend:
Rake - Money earned while playing in ring games
Tournament Fees - Fees a player pays when joining a tournament
Bonus – Bonuses a player earns
Player Added – Money Full Tilt has to add to tournaments. For example, if there is a $10,000 guaranteed tournament and Full Tilt only gets enough buy ins for $9,000, they split the remaining $1,000 by the players in the tournament.
Used Points – Full Tilt Points used on the site or in the store are deducted at a rate of $0.005 per point.
Player Fees – Transaction fees when players deposit money onto the site
Fraud - Bad credit etc.

Please see Full Tilt website FAQ for further information about Full Tilt Points, fees and bonuses:

Hey Bear,

I got this offer from PKR Edge, but I think yours is better. I have an account on FT, but I have never deposited money in it, How do I sign up through you and get my bonus and my rakeback, Do I have to join under another account, even though I've never deposited anything?

Your help is appreciated, and I'd really like to keep my user name. Can I unjoin and then rejoin through Rakeback?
Thanks

Unfortunately Full Tilt does not allow moving existing user accounts to rakeback.

That is explained on our Full Tilt offers page, if you look at the clearing requirements of the bonus.

Quote:
Clearing Requirements
The bonus will be released according to Full Tilt Points you generate.

Cash Games
For each dollar raked from a pot, every player who was dealt cards for that hand will earn one point. Each point is worth $.06, so you can earn up to $18 per hundred hands.

Tournaments and Sit & Gos
For every dollar paid in tournament fees, you will receive 7 Full Tilt Points. There is no cap on the number of points you can receive.

The bonus amount will be automatically credited to your Bonus Account where it will be held and released to your cash account in increments of 10% of your initial deposit, or $20, whichever you earn first. So if you do a one-time deposit of $100, each $10 (10%) earned will be instantly released into your account. Deposit the full $600 and your account will get credited for each $20 of bonus earned. At three points per hand, each $20 increment can be earned in fewer than two hours of play at only one table.

What is listed on our website, and the maximum allowed by Full Tilt: 27%

I've signed up through this site to FTP last week or so. Deposited 300$ and so far got 4.60$ in bonus back from FTP. I will have to play loads more, lol.
My rakeback is still negative though, because of the calculation mentioned above. But it does all work if you fill everything in correctly, just thought I'd let new players know .

Default Full Tilt Points (FTP's)

To help you out little more, here is some information on the %100 deposit bonus.

I put $45 onto my account. I have played for a while, and now, there is no more money left. The %100 deposit back has some requirements that I think are bogus.

When you play the cash table games, for every dollar you put into the pot, you get one FTP (full tilt point), up to 3 FTP's. For every dollar you put into a Sit n Go, or Tournaments TOURNAMENT FEE, you get 7 FTP's onto your account. There is no limit to how many FTP's you can make in Tournament's or Sit n Go's.

I currently have 71.45 FTP's on my account. My bonus earned is $4.28, and I have used ALL my $45 in my account. So it's not really a %100 deposit back. I was bummed when I found out about this, so I hope this helps you before you make your decision.

The Full Tilt bonus is a ripoff.

If you pay $1 dollar in rake, you will get 21 cents credited toward a bonus release. So you will have to pay approx. $5 in rake to clear $1 in bonus and thats if your not recieving any rakeback.

It is released in $20 increments so you will have to pay approx. $100 in rake to get a $20 bonus release, so you could easily pay $1000 in entry fees and only earn $20 bonus from the rake calculations.

There are much better deals out there....

The fulltilt deposit bonus is easy enough to earn. It earns faster then rakeback and i've never had a problem with it. The cool thing about fulltilt is that it calculates your rakeback and fulltilt points on every hand that you were dealt in on. You don't have to put any money into the pot and all the rake is dviided amoung the players at the table. It earns pretty quickly and the points add up for me. So in essence you can make your bonus and rakeback off of other poeple putting money into the pot so you don't have to put a lot of money into the pot just to clear it. I like the dealt method more then then contribued method

and you get fractional points so if any rake is taken from any pot that you play in you earn your bonus and once your bonus is clear you earn rakeback. Based on the other sites i've played at fulltilt bonuses cleared at relatively the same pace
