Fulltiltpoker $10k Activity Freeroll

As some of you may have already known, rakeback has graciously offered a $10k freeroll to us. This is more exclusive than the $100 15 max tourneys in that you actually have to already have money in order to play in this freeroll. You don't have to have a lot of money, just enough to earn 300FTP's if you signed up for Fulltiltpoker through Rakeback before October, and only 1FTP if you signed up for Fulltiltpoker through Rakeback within the month of October.

So some of you may think: 'Well, all I have to do is make a new account now and get 1FTP and I'm in.' Not only is that against the Fulltiltpoker rules, it doesn't make Rakeback look good if you have more than one account for Rakeback, and more than one account for Fulltiltpoker. So I propose the following:

Play in the 180 SnG Freerolls

Those are a great opportunity to earn FTP's. In the Fulltiltpoker.Com version, they have real money tabs, where you can see this 180 person SnG that pays top two places into either the WSOP (which is probably over by now), or poker After Dark satellites. If you are entered into one of the freerolls and happen to get in the top two, then all you have to do is unregister for the other tournament and you have 100FTP's right there! Do this three times and you are entered in the $10k freeroll! They run this SnG around every 10mins.

Build up your play chips

Every day, Fulltiltpoker has a tournament scheduled for real money prizes that you enter with play chips. This is a very useful tool in which you don't even have to deposit (as like the freeroll strategy), but you can build up play chips MUCH faster than if you were trying to build a bankroll. All you have to do is accumulate 500k in play chips and that's how much it is to enter this tournament. Real money is offered as the prize pool so if you cash, you literally cash.

If you don't have a Fulltiltpoker account, sign up through Rakeback

In the rare case that you do not have a Fulltiltpoker account, sign up through Rakeback using this link here:

Full Tilt Poker Rakeback

Use the promo code as stated in the article to sign up with, and deposit for the first time. Sit down at any ring game, play any SnG, or tournament for real money and there you go. You have 1FTP to your account and will be invited to this $10k tournament.

This tips are also useful for the Chris Ferguson Challenge and have been used by some people entered in this challenge. For the Freeroll SnG strategy, I was thinking about using that for entering the FTP SnG satellites for real cash. Anyone is now welcome to use any of these methods to help you get into this tournament, as I know most of you will be wanting to know how to enter this tournament without having to deposit or have any money in your account.

I've got a good idea. Play on the site and generate some business for rakeback.com. The reason they're offering this generous freeroll is obviously a "thank you" to the players that give them business not to bring out a who's who of deadbeats looking for free money.

According to the latest email from Full Tilt they will be sending emails with details about this tourney during somewhere 7-8th of November. We will receive one more answer from them soon and the exact date will be known. All the players who qualify will receive their email. More information will be added in this thread later.

The original email said the tournament would be this Saturday. Is that not the case anymore?

I haven't received my email yet but I went to the Full Tilt lobby where the rakeback freeroll is usually located and just signed up for the Freeroll. The emails will be coming shortly I'm sure but for all of you anxious players out there if you have qualified you can already register. 1:00 EST on Saturday under the heading of tournaments/Private.
